Salary: Up to £26,800 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Location: Warminster

Your Role:

  • You will be assisting with issuing, demanding and back-loading equipment in line with relevant regulations and procedures.

  • You will be collecting and delivering stores to and from military units, depots, departments and external agencies as required.

  • You will be supporting stocktakes, inspections, stock checks and audit activities to ensure compliance with authority requirements.

  • You will be maintaining secure, clean, tidy and serviceable stores and surrounding working areas.

  • You will be working safely and complying with quality, health, safety and environmental policies, reporting risks, defects and incidents.

  • You will be providing general store support and assisting colleagues or undertaking other reasonable duties as directed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: No essential qualifications specified; you will be able to work effectively within a stores environment and follow regulations and procedures.

  • Experience: You will have a good understanding of stock control and accounting procedures, strong customer service skills and a basic understanding of health and safety requirements.

  • Skills: You will have good communication skills, be an effective team member, able to prioritise workload, work flexibly, meet deadlines and have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
