Your Role:
· You will be responsible for maintaining and controlling the inventory of film and media equipment, ensuring it is stored, issued and returned correctly.
· You will be preparing equipment for use, including charging batteries, formatting media, cleaning kit and arranging basic repairs where required.
· You will be supporting filming activities on location by issuing personal protective equipment, arranging catering supplies and operating video and audio capture equipment as required.
· You will be assisting with data management, including backing up footage and maintaining server and hard drive storage.
· You will be supporting studio-based tasks such as editing assistance, creation of rushes packages and basic animation work.
· You are ensuring compliance with departmental standard operating procedures and supporting the purchase of replacement or new equipment under direction.
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualifications – You will have demonstrable organisational skills and hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Premiere and After Effects.
• Experience – You will have a good understanding of film production processes, experience running equipment inventories and exposure to 3D animation software such as Blender or 3DS Max.
• Skills – You will be methodical, well organised, deadline-focused and able to work effectively as part of a team with a willingness to learn.
