Your Role:
- Manage and maintain a digital filing system to record all external work requests from units and formations under HQ RC control, as facilitated by the Service Provision and Transformation Contract.
- Communicate and liaise, both verbally and in writing with external organisations, units and contractors.
- Escalate impacting issues through the correct Chain of Command.
- Support the scheduling of branch meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring that relevant minutes are accurately recorded and distributed as required.
- Provide administrative support to senior personnel within the team, including the coordination of complex travel arrangements when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) and advanced level experience of Excel and intermediate-level experience in Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience: Experienced administrative professional with a strong track record in team leadership, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Skills: Organised, proactive professional with strong communication, IT, and literacy skills. Detail-oriented, ethical, and creative in solving problems and prioritising tasks.
